Lavender
Lavender infused milk and dark chocolate ganache, dipped in dark chocolate
Black Raspberry
Dark chocolate ganache blended with loganberry liquor, layered with a black raspberry gelee. Topped with a hand painted chocolate tile.
Garam Masala Coconut
Classic warm spices and coconut in a milk chocolate ganache. Molded in milk and dark chocolate.
Crème Fresh and Strawberries
Summer at its best. Fat red Orcas Island organic strawberries blended with crème fresh and milk chocolate.
Pistachio Fig
First we chop pistachios to make a vibrant marzipan then we poach organic figs in Sauvignon Blanc and Galliano. The drunken figs are blended into milk chocolate ganache and the marzipan is set gently on top.
Rhubarb
Pate de fruit of rhubarb! Atop a ganache made with more fresh rhubarb from a little farm in Olga.
